The "Queen of the Missions" --Old Mission Santa Barbara—will be presenting its 38th Annual Art Festival. The work of more than 125 local artists and artisans (including paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and more) will be displayed on the grounds of the Old Mission at Laguna and Los Olivos Streets. There will be refreshments, live music, and entertainment all day. Admission and parking are FREE.

18th Annual Santa Barbara French Festival |

This year's Fête Française will feature dozens of chefs preparing fine French food...everything from crêpes to Cajun, from café au lait to decadent desserts and pastries. Enjoy French beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks. There will be continuous free entertainment on three stages, including cancan, Moroccan belly dancers, grand opera, Cajun and classical groups, folk dancing, jazz, and cabaret music in the tradition of Edith Piaf and Maurice Chevalier. Wandering mimes, jugglers, and accordion players will perform throughout the crowd. Kids will enjoy puppet shows, storytellers, and a wading pool.
