Kite fliers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in the 19th annual Santa Barbara Kite Festival. There will friendly competition in the following categories: most beautiful kite, highest flying, kite fighting, and sport flying (stunt). A kite tail chase game for children will be held throughout the day. Free admission and plenty of parking at west campus. 11am-5pm, West Campus Lawn at Santa Barbara City College, Cliff Drive.
