The Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach (formerly Tropicana Inn & Suites), Colonial Beach Inn, Inn By The Harbor and The Best Western Encina Lodge & Suites are proud to offer a variety of suites available for monthly rentals.

The Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach, Inn by the Harbor and Colonial Beach Inn are located just two blocks from the picturesque yacht harbor and beach area of Santa Barbara. Each Inn has between 23 and 42 beautifully decorated guest rooms. Some rooms offer a mini-kitchen, others have a full kitchen and dining area. All the kitchens are fully equipped with flatware, dinnerware, cooking utensils and cookware. The hotel has a guest laundry plus one-day dry cleaning service. A grocery store is within 2 blocks. Rates range from $1850 to $3325 per month with continental breakfast included each morning, bi-weekly maid service and all utilities.

The Best Western Encina Lodge & Suites is a full service hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Santa Barbara. This charming hotel offers cozy guest rooms with a full kitchen plus large one and two bedroom apartments with a living and dining room plus kitchen. Each kitchen is fully equipped with flatware and dinnerware for four plus cooking utensils and a microwave. The hotel has a guest laundry plus one-day dry cleaning service. A grocery store is within a mile from the hotel. Rates range from $2000 to $2600 per month with weekly maid service and all utilities included.
