Cyclists roll into Santa Barbara County on Friday, February 22 for a spectator-friendly, 14.5 mile course. Early the next morning, on Saturday, February 23, cyclists start at the beach and race through downtown Santa Barbara on the opening of their 105-mile ride to Santa Clarita.
