Molly Holveck and Mark de la Cruz have created a restaurant that offers creative, healthy, and affordable menu options that burst with flavor and culinary excellence. Culinary influence for their menu comes from De La Cruz's Hawaiian upbringing and Holveck's experience managing veg-forward restaurants such as Natural Cafe and Sojourner.
